Tonight i'm gonna have a go at making these (without the sticks. Its basically melted brie and a bit of jam wrapped in puff pastry.

Have had a letter back this evening in reply to my resignation from the head of governors at the school i worked at saying how sorry they are to lose me and accepting my resignation with 'great reluctance' but they will pay me August anyway and not make me work notice. Yippee! A whole years stress is over. Plus i am being inundated with people wanting private swimming lessons.
Feeling a huge weight lifted off my shoulders!
