He's not going to write target names on twitter, when we're just collecting availabilities is he? When something is concrete enough he puts it in the Mirror.

Every single player we've signed has been either an Alan Nixon mirror/sunday people exclusive first.

He got the details of when Sanchez was in the country right, the BN saying he was here Wednesday, then printing the day after that they were wrong. He knows far too many details for it to all be a guessing game and a coincidence.

And he did exactly the same at Burnley when Coyle was there, having previously gotten most Burnley and Bolton stories wrong before Owen Coyle became manager.

If you also look at some of the photos there have been on the official site of players being "introduced" there is some local press, sometimes the Radio Manc folk, and only ever one national journo....no prizes for guessing......

Of course he's vague on twitter, because he's waiting to print a story in the papers for which he gets paid. But like it or not, he's printed every single confirmed target/signing before anyone else. Now, that is simply not coincidence.
