Anybody go this year?
Thought it was a bit rubbish this time., not as much stuff going on as previous years.

I don't understand why these aren't combined with the last friendly anymore. Might get a slightly bigger crowd if game was incorporated. All it seems to be now is a chance to stand in a big queue to go and get an autograph from the players. Which is fine if that's your thing........but would make better sense to have the last friendly at the same time?

It's the kids that want to meet and get autographs from the players, and as they are are the future supporters I applaud the club for doing this. I can see that more would attend if there was a match, but I don't think the players would then be involved as much with the kids, as they couldn't be expected to mingle and then play a game. Maybe if they held a training session on the pitch, after the signing of autographs, it could be better.
Sorry to hear it was a dissappointing day.

They normally do that before the signing session, don't think they did it this year. Just seemed a bit haphazard this year.Turkish Trotter wrote:BWFC_Insane wrote:I don't understand why these aren't combined with the last friendly anymore.
