Not that he'd come to Bolton now... but would be a better option that Spearing and / or Mavies
Except he can't tackle. And that's what we really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really need. Well, that and someone to pick him.
Ah but there you just admitted Adam is a Coyle type of player, good on the ball, nice haircut,no tackle, nice lad, shit stinks cant piss straight....
Just so you know Jay Spearing can't really tackle either
That's wrong. He can tackle, he's just can't pass. Words from a Liverpool fan

Wolves have just signed another midfielder, could be that the way is cleared for Spearing. However, it looks like Spearing is happy to come to us on loan but really doesn't want to leave his childhood team. So sayeth the Oracle

Wilson Palacios?

Is he injured? From this side of the world he seemed to not feature much at Stoke last season. And from what I had seen of him at Wigan and Spurs, he was in the Muamba mold. Tough tackler, mobile.

What are the thoughts on here?

You're right, but I reckon his wages are out of our league.

Isn't he the one that had his transfer request written out and tucked in his sock? Aye, he'll be just what we need.

Palacios was, for a short period, a hell of a player. 'appy 'arry bigged him up didn't he ? No idea of late though & seems to have slipped the radar.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Stoke reportedly paid 6mill for him a year and a bit ago, and he has seemingly stalled since then. Worth a loan? We could have inquired about him and got knocked back for all we know.

Soon doesn't necessarily mean today

But as you mention it, whomever the new manager is has to have a Twitter mole, eh?
