Mr Gartside,

This club had its worst ever fan relationship with the supporters under Gary Megson that even you with some of your comments seem to see with hindsight. I have to inform you that Owen Coyle is going to cause a lot more trouble than Megson ever did with his tenure.

People still like Owen Coyle as a person but as a manager, the man is a complete fool and joke. This of course reflects badly on the relationship between club and the fans, if he is allowed to continue along the route he is going it will reflect badly upon your good self.

We are not fools and can see the limits of his ability to ‘change tactics’ during games or even make correct substitutions, the players, or at least some of them appear to be lost to his charm tactics and sooner or later the dressing room will follow.

If you think Coyle will lead us back up this season then please believe this is a message from God, that’s how poor the chance of it ever happening is!

I would have said David James as center forward, except for the fact that it almost worked.
Forced on Pearce by lack of alternatives when they weren't winning. Still not as plain wrong as Coyle at Crawley.

I might send him one pretending to be a Nigerian prince who just needs the details of a UK bank account to smuggle my £10m fortune out of the country before it is stolen...naturally i'll offer him a share of this for his help :)

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".
