don't forget Faye, too, has aged since his glory days at the Reebok!!

Sounds like it.

Still (S)KD there though.

Still no confidence on the speedier prospect of Sordell or Afobe.

I do wonder what political clout Davies has in the club.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

watching the west ham - fulham game and now according to the commentators its acceptable to play the style of football we played under fat sam and with a striker of carrolls "ability" in the air it should be a factor of their game. Joke

we were slated for the style of football we played and now because some useless overpriced Geordie cock is around to head the ball its acceptable

Has to be if thats right. Mavis in the hole tho ideally lots of swapping about and mobility for eagles mavis and CYL. KD has been decent this season and deserves to start even if he wont get much out of Faye.I'd have liked to see Petrov on the left and Eagles in the hole but on balance for an OC away selection this is refreshingly sane.

He was disinterested and pants for a long time. Needed to step back and start afresh to come good again. He'd probably still be next years man if he hadnt moved on

That is the team. Spearing holding though. M.davies free role. Chung and Eagles on the wing. Everything else speaks for its self.

IMO that team with N'Gog up front, Holden instead of Andrews and a replacement for Mears is our best 11. Zat Knight and Eagles ate the best players in League in that position.

Faye now plays for Hull, not Barcelona. KD won't find him any harder to handle than a lot of Premiership defenders he's played against. If Faye attempt to man mark him that'll leave space for others to exploit.

Really pleased that we're playing 4-5-1 and with a holding midfielder too. This is exactly what we've all wanted for a long time, so lets hope we get the result we expect.

We got it at Crawley 'til captain chaos changed it.
