The Season Starts on Saturday. Watford.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

4-1 win gives Owen another month.

Udinese Reserves (Watford) On Saturday!

Post by ChrisC » Wed Sep 12, 2012 10:25 pm

Am I missing something or has nobody made a topic about Saturdays home game yet? :conf:

If I am blind then please delete :)

So what is everyone thinking? Watford got spanked 5-1 last time out against Derby so no excuses for this one. 3 points are a must!

Ngog is back in the squad so we could see him and Davo up top for the first time this season.

3-1 to the whites :) .

Hopefully :hang:

wouldnt mind seeing a 442 if it was along the lines of

----------Bogdan----------
Ricketts-Mills-Knight-Alonso
-----Andrews-Spearing-----
CYL------------------Petrov
-------Ngog-Sordell---------

Ngog and Sordell is a combination i'd love to see and hopefully with spearings grit instead of mavies' uselessness it could work

This would be the dream at home, of course Owen will start SKD (unless he wants to send a message to the fans??) but Ngog Sordell would be the ideal long term solution up front.

If it doesnt work, bring him on for one of the strikers at half time

No chance of him sticking to 451 when we got our bollocks chopped and served to us.. We are only allowed to stick with 442 when we lose.. Don't you know how the amazing mind of Owen Coyle works by now bobo?

I fear we'll do all this then our good 'paper side' will show how shit they actually are on the pitch (lest we have forgotten these last couple of weeks) and we'll scrape a draw.

We will win comfortably on Saturday. Then draw at Brum and lose at Sheff Wed.

And carry on the cycle of misery.

I'm hoping that since the two point target a game has been set that less than 6 from the next three sees him gone.

There is one called 'The season starts on Saturday' that is pretty much a match thread. I could have just posted a link to it but when people do that it makes me want to chew glass.

N'Gog's shrunk. Now I see why he's been slow to return.
