Another corner to them. Crowd going mental at the Whites. Knight gets the benefit on a penalty appeal. Andrews off, Pratley on.

Panic stations
Looks like N'Gog coming off hasn't done us any favours.

Never fear! We'll just take off a tackling midfielder.CarlosHernandez wrote:We're getting battered. Shambles at the moment.

Lloyd Doyley's goal was apparently the first of his Watford career spanning 12 years (according to wikipedia which of course must mean its true).

Spearing getting good reviews but Watford having too much of the ball. Mavis....Ohhhh. Misses a soft pass to Pratley and a real chance goes begging. Watford have had Weetabix and Eagles is tiring. Get Petrov on or Chungy.

I'd go with Petrov, lad needs confidence and game time and with our ability to get in the box this match might end up paying dividends.TANGODANCER wrote:Spearing getting good reviews but Watford having too much of the ball. COME ON WHITES....Good build ups , poor end product. 16,608 is the crowd.

Davo heads at the keeper as another chance goes begging. We come again and....too much passing. Afoebe figuring but somebody needs to nail one of these chances. Watford might open up a bit now as they go for it. Hey-up? Davo decks one and gets away with it.

feck sake, why always us? It's always the tw@t that hasn't scored in his career, or has made a big move to a club and hasn't performed, or doesn't have any legs, or retired 15 years ago. Its not just us. I'm sure Southampton are thinking the same today after conceding goals to Paul Scholes, Alexander Buttner (who) and Nick Powell (again who?).

Apparently one or two Bolton players stretching out there's got to be a question on the fitness regime if they cant last 80 minutes

Six minutes to go. Whites short of legs and Spearing back-heels the ball over the bar. Corner cleared after a scramble but the game has well turned. Come on, it's fxcking Watford not Barcelona.
