Even if I was blind I could probably get someone to read me the facts, which happen to be a miserable 3 in 34 games. Do you understand that? His strike rate is less than 1 in 11. I've also seen him play enough times to know he poses no goal threat whatsoever.

Agreed. He's spent £3/4M on a striker, stuck him on the bench or in the reserves, despite the fact that the players ahead of him aren't scoring, aren't playing well or don't belong to us.

Last night, that's rubbish. Ngog looked unfit and like his confidence is shot to pieces, outmuscled by their defenders and giving the ball away sloppily. Afobe had a lot more movement and pace. When him and petrov came on, it made a noticeable (positive) difference. But despite that, we still couldn't muster more than a few half chances. Very poor.
