Season Ticket DD Payments

Emailed them....said that payment wasn't taken, they are sending letters out regarding it and asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or have them collect from my account on 12th September.

Payment gone through......didn't get a letter though.

just got letter today saying Aug payment not taken ...could have got letter earlier will call them to find out update about this

My mate who handles our season tickets says the DD has failed 3 times. Luckily he works a Middlebrook so can go to the office to sort the payment out. Still a terrible service.

I got told a payment would come out middle of September, then normal payment at the end.

I've still not had anything for Aug, nothing came out mid-Sept either. Waiting to see if end of Sept comes out, if not I'll be going in to see them!

I've had payments go out on the 10/07 and then on 30/07. Nowt in August.

There's also been an annual subscription payment gone out to Pregnant Asian Amputees Monthly Magazine. Nothing unusual there, of course, but what does this mean? 'Del to TQ12'

Still problems with the ticket website? Tried a few times to buy Boro tickets on various cards...I'm probably going to end up with about 4 pairs of tickets...might have to run a competition to shift em. It never completes a purchase.

My missus tried to buy tickets and she got a Visa Verification window pop up halfway through. No idea whether the transaction worked or not!?! It seemed to but the Visa Verification just wouldn't go away.

Similiar story. i got through the visa bit but it still wouldnt complete. I'll just have to spend a tenner on the phone.

I called em and checked...got it sorted. had a moan about the website. its never given me problems before...one off i hope.
