What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Can you believe they put that bloke Rhydian(sp?) through? The nutty one? Got to be for entertainment factor, can't be for his singing ability!
Rhydian? He was a few years ago......but I agree, not for the singing.

Watched 21 courtesy of LF. Was an amiable way of passing a couple of hours. Keeps the tension up nicely and deals a couple of nice twists at the end.

I really don't want to be 'that guy', and I'm saying this in the nicest way possible, but could we have a seperate thread for X-Factor?

I've never seen The Shawshank Redemption. I aim to fix that this evening.

It probably gets a little less love than it should because so many people say it's their favourite film, but it really is fantastic.

Although it's hard to believe someone hasn't seen it considering it's on TV every other week

I think it's overrated, personally.

Watched the BBC2 documentary about Karl Marx and whether his ideas illuminated the current crisis of capitalism...

The conclusion was that they did, but his solutions wouldn't work (or that he didn't really offer any - which is more accurate, I think).

First of a series on economics thinkers - Keynes next, Hayek last...

A pretty good start...

You watch X Factor, but you thought that was overrated! Dear me :D.

How had I gone so long without seeing that film?! Fantastic. Sad, funny, clever, brilliantly acted. Awesome.

I do worry that I haven't watched, or read anything that I haven't really enjoyed recently!

Did anyone catch Saturday's The Thick Of It?

Considering how good I thought last week's was, this one was one of the best of the show's run I think. Absolutely brilliant.

Watched it last night and as you say, absolutely brilliant. For some reason I'm finding the opposition ones funnier than the coalition ones. Must be the brilliant Malcolm Tucker.
