Yes - missing the nightmare so far has felt like one of the advantages of exile. Morbid curiosity and relative proximity are powerful forces, however.

Indeed - I think I've compared it before to visiting an elderly relative in a hospice... :?

I would dearly like to come but likesay it's the kids' birthday and I'm not one of those knobbers with a "team>kids>wife" flag

I get the feeling we are going to murder someone soon.

By murder I mean only concede our 59 min goal and Score 4 or more.

I have just cancelled my wanderers player sub and can't/don't want to listen to the crap commentators anymore so I am fully expecting we'll do it this weekend.

Unless he actually means we're gonna let it loose; y'know, like, "let loose the dogs of war!" or something...?

Nah. Probably not.

There is no way you were in anything other than bottom set for English.

I suppose it is kind of post-moronic that the Millwall thread is being used for remedial English.

Sorry, that's my fault, going off topic.

Still debating whether to go to this one but it's looking less and less likely. Quite fancied it after my trip to Sheffield Weds but I dont think I want to waste my money now...

No, no, continue. It was brightening up a very dull morning.

Money saving will certainly be enhanced by missing a trip to the Big Smoke. And Millwall is a pit.

Yeah I'm giving this one a miss, had a look at train tickets but all the £36 day savers have gone and I'm not paying £70+ for travel and definitely not going on the coach.

I went last season in the cup and it's like a prison walking to the ground. Not paying £100+ for the privilege this season.

Just bought my ticket online and it says they'll just post it in the normal way... seems to be cutting it a bit fine?!

Anyone got any plans for a drink before/after?
