It's just not a very common name, and happens to be the name of the nursing home the in-laws own in Cornwall. Coincidence?

It's about as far south-west as you can go in England, past Penzance. Not quite as far west as land's end but further south. So, yes - Cornish, but the nursing home is nowhere near there (well the other side of Penzance near Helston).

'Property is Theft' is a phrase coined by the founder of French Anarchism, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon in, I think, a book, or pamphlet with that title, published in the mid 19th century...

Marx and his followers, including Lenin, despised Proudhon...
