They have to still be alive.
They're dirty, they're filthy, they're never gonna last.

I confidently predict it will be none of the above.Wandering Willy wrote:Peter Reid.
Keane.
Kean.
Souness.
The Ginger tw*t.
KKK Dalglish.
Take yer pick. They're all shit.

Re: Anyone but him!
No one that is being mentioned I really want. I'm finding it hard to put my finger on someone that I think would come here and do a good job. The only person I can think off really is Ian Holloway but why the flip would he leave Blackpool.
Do you look for good championship manager like Mick McCarthy and Billy Davies and hope that if we do go up they will have learnt from previous experiences or do you look for a Ex-Premiership experienced manager who might want a challenge? or do you take the risky option in my view and look for unproven manager (in terms of the English leagues) from abroad which if we have to get back to the premiership this year I don't think PG and ED would do.

Re: Anyone but him!
i quite like mcCleish i admit he sent Birmingham down and tried to do it again with Villa but he was quite good before that. Just a note to say Alan Curbishley has turned the job down
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.
Re: Anyone but him!
Youri Djoarkaef or Walter Smith would be my worst choice

I was all for Solskjaer, until I realised that our bunch need a regular telling off and kick up the backside. Can I see Solskjaer delivering that? Probably not, he's too much of a sweetie-pie.

I forgot one too:
Mark (spend his way to failure) Hughes.

Re: Anyone but him!
Heaven forbid we appoint a manager who has led two clubs similar to ourselves to top 10 finishes in the premiership, and never been relegated.Wandering Willy wrote:Worthy4England wrote:Willy had Kenny Dalgleish on his list...CrazyHorse wrote:Fairy nuff. Fact is, we've no chance of getting Hughes, because he can get bigger and better jobs than ourselves. However, he'd be a good choice if he was ever available....

If we were giving the job out on who had the best name he'd win.jonnycooper wrote:Micky Mellon=Winner
Well, either him or Peter Puppies, Tommy Titties or Tony Wazzopairofjugs.

As I said before Hughes' record at Blackburn and Fulham...Wandering Willy wrote:Bollocks.
In his full seasons at Blackburn Hughes' team finished....
6th in the premiership, qualified for the UEFA cup.
10th in the premiership
7th in the premiership
At Fulham
8th in the premiership
You really would completely rule him out? Cos I can't see us appointing a manager with a record half as impressive as that.

Do we have to be so bloody rational about this. Can't we just hate somebody, because?BWFC_Insane wrote:As I said before Hughes' record at Blackburn and Fulham...Wandering Willy wrote:Bollocks.
