what would the reaction be to Mick McCarthey over here? I thought he got quite badly treated at Wolves...would take him at City any day

He's probably a sensible choice.. But we've had a sensible pragmatic choice before and he was an absolute c*nt!

Bristol City have had a habit of kicking us in the knackers over the years. It would be nice if we bucked that trend under our new management trio. All Coyles work is undone as we keep a clean sheet in a 2-0 win

A friend of mine, a former left-back and now member of said trio said to me on a Thursday evening many years ago, with Bristol City providing that weekend's opposition "I fecking hate playing Bristol City, we never get a fecking thing off them"
