been reading a few of your comments you guys seem quite optimistic for tomorrow ! you seem really uneasy with your defence but seem to think you can stop us scoring ??? how do you propose to stop a very skillfull and pacey highest scoring team in the league getting goals against your leaky slow defence ? with karem frei , craig noone , kimbo young and possibly craig bellamy running at you plus whittingham ( the best playmaker in the league) running the show from midfield and helgusson up front we have a very potent attacking force and a solid defence .with possibly one of the top 3 keepers in the league in marshall at the back i can see nothing other than a cardiff win ! we are on fire at the moment , destroyed burnley saturday 4-0 should have been 8 and have been walking over most teams weve played , a few blips on the road when weve changed to 451 but hopefully wont be happening again .
apart from eagles and davies i cant really see you troubling us at all .
by the way great appointment in lennie lawrence he was our manager 8 years ago when we got promoted hes a great manager /coach and with him advising freedman i dont think you can go far wrong . even though freedman is mouthy and will get some stick from the city fans for his comments last year in the cup semis he did a great job at palace ! see you at the game hopefully will be able to get a pint somewhere before hand !!!! good luck your going to need it !!!!

Given that you've been been the nearly men for the past 4 or 5 seasons, you should know by now that the form book means nothing in this league.

We should be playing better given the squad we have and hopefully, our new manager will be able to gel the team together from front to back. We'll know by 5pm tomorrow. A win or a loss wouldn't surprise me.

Whittingham has always been something of an enigma to me with seemingly little consistency, presumably why he is still at Cardiff and not Spurs/Newcastle etc. I've heard it said on several occasions that you play well as a team when he plays well. When he doesn't, you can be awful. Any truth in that?
