Brighton's new stadium's a tidy wee gaff, isn't it?!
Doesn't seem that long ago that we were chucking change into buckets for them.

Re: Tonight's Football
Freddie Mercury controls it on his tricep prior to scoring and it's a piece of genius?

Re: Tonight's Football
If we had scored that goal say, Ricketts circa 2002, would have been 'typical long ball Bolton'.
Liverpool score it and it's a 'fantastic piece of skill'.

If ever a footballer looked like Freddie Mercury it's Georgios Samaras

No doubt I'll hear about how the 'catholic' spirit of Celtic got them the win today. Viewing of Scottish football teams should be banned in Northern Ireland

I saw Tony Watt break through into Airdrie's first team not long after turning 16.Debo wrote:Celtic. Awesome.Thats how you get a result against a much better side through effort and tactics

He looked a great prospect and was snapped up by Celtic half way through the season.
Given Coyle & Stewart's links with the Airdrie coaching staff I'm sure they should
have been aware of his talent, he still would probably have signed with Celtic though
even if approached by Bolton. Although I may have gripes with Airdrie manager Jimmy
Boyle's tactical astuteness he certainly has a great eye for spotting promising young players,
for example another exciting player in the SPL, Dundee Utd's Gary McKay Stevens, was brought
in by Boyle to give the lad a chance to resurrect his career at Airdrie.

How do you knoe that we didn't?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Forget all the sectarian nonsense, this was a magnificent performance from Celtic.
To be honest I like to see anyone beating Barcelona as I'm a bit sick of all the media hype and wanking that goes on everytime Barca play.
