One chord wonders is giving them far too much credit... let's try single note wonders and build from there.

Yawn. Francis Rossi is widely recognised amongst his peers as one of the most underrated Blues guitarists of his generation.

Admittedly their output has generally been poor these last few years but this line up was one of the hardest rocking/ hardest working bands on the circuit 30 years ago. Always value for money and any greb worth his salt would have some Quo in his collection. I cannot wait for this concert to come round.

Trouble is Francis Rossi who plays in Quo doesn't play blues guitar, he plays repetitive riffs. I'll give you that they are hard working. I don't like them. I don't like them for the reason that I think their songs are tedious. In fact you used my ripost - yawn. Because he doesn't. The 'repetitive riffs' is associated with the rhythm section of John Coghlan (Drums), Alan Lancaster (Bass) and Rick Parfitt (Rhythm Guitar)

I accept Status Quo are marmite. As for the fingers........................meh.
