Is it a round window or square window?

Oh right. Well they're clearly not big apple-catchers then, or else they'd billow out :)

Wheater is out there again today, running up and down the steps. Faster and getting to the top of the steps this week. Hopefully a very promising sign!

I've come to the conclusion the guy with him must be a physio because I can't put a name to his face. I've got new lenses in today, it's definitely not Spearing (although he is as short as!)

When he jumps up and punches the air at the top you'll know it's "Rocky" time and he's ready to fight.

Fer cryin' out loud. After the shite the football gods have dealt us since Wembley, you'd have thought it was time for them to lighten up. But no - Mills and Mark Davies now facing lengthy spells on the sideline.

Honestly, I've not known a club to have so many long term injuries to first team players than we have in the last 18 months. It's absolutely ridiculous luck.

You make your own luck.

Scrapping the best sports science operation in the PL may have saved a small amount of money - certainly less than the wages of one PL player these days - but it has cost many times more

I do hope Wheater takes care if he's bombing up and down those steps today. If they're anything like mine, they'll be lethal - thin coating of black ice everyfxckingwhere; landed on my arse three times just getting to the car this morning. We can do without any more injuries.
That's not a leopard!
