Teams still find a way to pass the ball through our midfield.. Not as much granted.. But that's what happens when you're happy to draw at home, so get everyone behind the ball.

Hi, Crystal Palace fan here. I must say after reading alot of your comments about Dougie Greedman its very similar to what alot of palace fans were saying when he was incharge of us. Dougie is a very good man manager, but when it comes to tatics he is seriously lacking. Maybe this will come with experience, but at the moment he hasnt got it at all. I think Bolton employed Dougie because of how well Palace were doing and not because of the man himself. Lets be honest, with the players, the balance, the confidence and the momentum Palace have got at the moment there wouldnt be many managers that could screw that up. Palace's position in the table is mainly down to the players and not the manager. Lennie Lawrance himself said before he went to Bolton that the players could run themselves for a few weeks. Ian Hollowway has said the squad picks its self each week, and that he couldnt believe his luck with the group of players he has got.

Not had a chance to post since the match. I'll hold my hands up to say I was very much in the "we're making progress camp". We were making progress but it's slowing down, rapidly, and I'm starting to worry.
N'Gog had an absolute shocker and as great as Eagles is he needs to start thinking about passing the ball to those available rather than going for the 25 yarder every single time. Please don't get me wrong, I'm fully aware Eagles has been our star player this season and we'd be seriously f'kd without him. It's always a game changer when he goes off and never for the better but god I wish he didn't have to go for the screamer every time! I love it when they go in though

Change that to "amiable stroll" through our midfield and I'm with you.

It's a cold day in hell before I listen to advice on tactics from somebody who was happy with 'Dougie Greedman'.mtogs wrote:Hi, Crystal Palace fan here. In a world that has decided
