Everybody's covered everything pretty much right except the score 3-0 to us.

htfcfans wrote:Hi All,

I run a newly formed HTFC Fans site called http://www.htfcfans.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, very original I know!

I wondered if anyone would be able to answer a few questions for me, just to give our fans a feel of what to expect on Saturday, in what should be a good old fashioned War of the Roses clash!

Hopefully I'll get some good answers, and will use 2 sets to go on the site. :) Cheers!

You currently sit in 18th place, are you disappointed with the way that you have adapated to life in the Championship following your relegation last year?

It is disappointing but when you have a team full of players who can't turn up 100% then you're going to drop. I'm hoping now we can survive in this division. Looking grim. I went to my first match 9th March 1946 and I've seen the depths of the leagues and the exciting times but now everything is centred on ManU, Lpool, Arse, Spurs, Chelski. The rest of us are just a pain in the neck, that's why I hope we can bounce back and Dougie can walk on water.

You've still got a squad full of Premiership quality players, do you reckon you can push on in the second half of the season and reach the higher echelons of the table?

It's going to be a very difficult job. Don't forget the ones above us are going to be accumulating points as well.

How do you rate Dougie Freedman, are you happy with the appointment and what he has done for the club so far?

I can't rate him yet. He's got a heck of a job and doing it with players he inherited from a manager who seemed determined to get us the chop. Better idea after Christmas and if we can get a good run of wins.

Who would you say has been your best performer this year, and who should Town fans look out for?

My money was, is, on K Davies. He seems to put in a full shift and is consistent. Bogdan has improved and if you can get him to palm out any shots on goal you might poach a few.

Saturday sees the return of Benik Afobe to the John Smith's for the first time since his loan spell in West Yorkshire, how has he been doing for you?

I don't rate him at all. We've had Wilshere and Sturridge on loan, performed spectacularly so maybe our expectations were high. He's been a disappointment and I can only think Arse will want to get rid of him soon as.

It's been a while since the two teams last played each other in 2001, and a lot has changed since then. What do you expect from Huddersfield on Saturday?

They'll put in a shift, run their arses off and we'll pray the bar is a better target than the onion bag. We'll make it hard for you but there will be some weaknesses that your lads can exploit if they can spot them.

Finally, any score predictions for Saturday?

In a flurry and panic I think we'll edge it by a goal or two, your best bet will come in the first 10 minutes of 2nd half or last 10 minutes.

If any of you wanna reply then that would be great, here's hoping for a good game at the weekend. :D
Best of luck this game and the season. 8)

Aye.

And then when I saw HG and BB I was looking forward to Bolton Boris's 'wank' tirade - but it was Bijou Bob instead

Thank God they didn't use Boris' piece. We were just a wankfest away from losing all credibility.

Now there's a sentence I never thought I'd write.
