But there is a touch if the Allardyce about all this, misfits, trialists, foreign players nobody has heard of and the odd British player who might be average but can 'do a job'.

Hope it all comes off and improves us. Otherwise there will be some serious wrist slitting going on around here!
I hear Slovakian Midfielder is quality! Norwegian Left Back not so good.

His head looks disproportionately small to me.

If I think on, I'll ask the Slovakian exchange engineer at work tomorrow what he thinks of him.

Us and Villa are the interested parties. Couldn't see him getting in at Villa.
Every time I've seen him he has looked absolutely shite, and scored.

Could be argued that's exactly what we need.
A proper club, like us, would knock that out of him.

We'll soon have him not scoring.

I've only seen him once. He was shite. But scored, as you said.

The Craig Davies deal seems pretty much done for 300,000. Good business.

Here is video of his 2010/11 season when he bagged 25 goals. Knows where the onion bag is and isn't a one trick pony.

If he can fire us into the Prem and be top scorer first season there with double figures, I'd be more than happy, even if he turned into a right bellend after it. :-)

Craig Davies knows where the net is? I'm not seeing it to be honest given that he's spent most of his career around League one and two. I certainly don't think he's a better option than what we've got now.
