Was looking at out 21% possession after 12 minutes and saw the score tick to 1-0. Had to check twice it was us!

Sunderland come forward but get broken up quickly. Here we go again, Petrov and Riley combining well. Riley edges the winger out for a goal kick to us. Tentativeley, we're looking really lively and Pratley getting good comments for his tackles. Rickets clears and Bardsley volley goes high and wide over.

Sordell "doing a Kevin Davies" and we get a corner. Cleared and Sunderland come forward and Knight has to give away a corner after a handball appeal from the Macks. Knight clears but for another corner. Alonso clears but Rickets has to give away another corner. Petrov clears but Sunderland get a shot in the Lonergan saves.

Sordell seems to be in a working mood. Let's hope. Bit of to and fro then N'gog loses out with a header. Sunderland get a shot in and Lonergan gets lucky as his parry is cleared and we have the goalkick. We get a free in their half and...it gets cleared and Petrov tries a distance shot that goes wide.
