Who's complaining dick? - maybe try reading what I putGail Platz wrote:This thread exists, seriously? Someone is actually complaining about our penalties?
The one thing we've actually got right at this club - Taking KD and Eagles off penalties and giving them to Keith Andrews, he has a 100% success rate to date for BWFC by the way, and someone is complaining about it and wants fecking Ngog to take them?
You can't win with some people.
As for ChrisC - feck off w*nker
As for Plymouth Wanderer - you're a right tit sometimes, and a left one.

whilst I am happy Andrews is taking them and wouldn't fix summat that isn't broke, I think LLs more subtle point is a good question to ask...
you'd have thought it was in the basic armoury of any striker to be confident about taking a penalty - surely? I'd hope it was a pretty rare striker who isn't confident they can beat the keeper from that distance, one-on-one, when the keeper has to stay on the line... no??

I don't mind who takes them as long as they score.

Fair enough. I apologise for any untoward ill feeling ascribed to those that were having a giraffe. Handbags binned.ChrisC wrote: Calm down Leopard, I was having a giraffe.

Re: Designated Penalty Taker?
surely it makes more sense to get Obi Wan Afobe to take the pens. (out of intrest when does his loan end)
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Re: Designated Penalty Taker?
NGog scored two great goals against Charlton. Is that forgotten already?
As for penalties, best penalty taker should take them. Plenty of top strikers haven't been great at penalties.
Andrews fair thumps them in.
Why we would change that I honestly don't know.
Don't try to fix what ain't broke.

Re: Designated Penalty Taker?
exactly players like David Unsworth and Graham Alexander were great at penalties so there is no desperate need to change it none the less if you are insisting that we change to a striker then Afobe, if it is anyone Blakeman. apart from anything we should be talking less about the penalties we get and more about the continues spree that we concede

Andrews has scored all four he's taken....he stays on pen duty, for me.
