No surprise there.. he is always on here at full time when things aren't rosey but nowhere to be seen last night. He will still come out with some bullshit like we was lucky and that we won because Mick McCarthy invented 451.89bwfc89 wrote:There's a noticeable postcode absence on this forum.....

It's a mid week cup game, every mid week cup game is the same.

Re: Biggest club in the North East: Sunderland Replay
Just found this from the local Sunderland rag
"So it was up to the players to get the crowd going. It was, however, clear from the first couple of minutes that Bolton, who themselves rested some first-team regulars, were happy to sit tight, hit the ball long and take their chances on the break. It was a ploy that worked"
So it seems that we didn't pass the ball at all were content to hit it long and showed no ambition Hmmm differs very mcuh from what I heard last night someones telling porkies

Freedman on Sordell...
Bolton boss Freedman hailed the performance of Sordell, who built on his penalty opener by sliding home his side's second from close range 10 minutes later.
Freedman said: "Marvin has done very well for us. He is only a young guy and there is a lot of pressure on him with a big move up to the north then being called into the Olympic squad.
"With my experience of working with young players like Marvin, we got him back to basics and stripped down his game and he's started to prove what he is - a goalscorer."

Today I am happiness personified
Next time I'm diagnosed with an addiction I'm booking straight into Dr Freedman's Clinic.
Notable absence of a certain personage
And finally: Is Chungy warming up still... wtf.

Read on the live text last night that Darren Pratley took a corner. Left footed.
There's taking the piss and then there is just rubbing it in.

Guessing they won't have rights to broadcast until after ITV shows them tonight? This particular factoid has been plucked from my arse, mind.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
