Depends. I should get paid for some freelance work I've done today so if that comes through definitely. Otherwise, think I may have to have a quiet one :)

Oh, well that's a massive improvement. By next Wednesday they might have cleared it all.

It seems to be an issue with the surrounding areas of the ground and not the pitch itself so I would have thought an early decision on Sat morning is probably going to happen.

I've just checked with virgin trains and they said any advanced tickets can be used on any service tomorrow as well as offering refunds on unused tickets dated Jan 19th. So I'm planning to get the latest train possible while factoring in delays. By my calculations its the 10 55 from Man Picc :).

I'm home now - hasn't really snowed in SE26 for a couple of hours.

Supposedly so. I don't know how they can check if you've used your ticket or not though. I live around the corner from Pic so will go in tomorrow to get the refund if I decide not to go.

Yeah, I reckon so. Don't have a good feeling but will be pissed off, regardless.

Two things that annoy me, young man. One is people on the radio that read the travel news that come out with stuff like "and there's congestion on the M summat or other between junctions 4 and 5. Oh, really? Are they on my journey? Why not just read out the fecking place names? That way I'll know.

The other is London types that say "I live in (London area code)". Is it really that difficult to say "I live in (insert named area of London) that those from outside of London are more likely to be familiar with?

Ha. Ordinarily I'm probably right with you.

But somebody further up this thread started it by referring to where Selhurst Park is as 'SE25', in which case I would say more people have a chance of knowing I live pretty close if I say 'SE26' rather than name the place.
