He was extraordinarily average at Bury.perthwhite wrote:hibs fans are pissing their frillies over the potential signing of wylde, i've never really rated him at all even when he was at rangers, is he worth keeping?
Proof indeed that it is a pub league up there.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Saw him a few times playing for the reserves, can't say I was impressed with his ability or at times his attitude.perthwhite wrote:hibs fans are pissing their frillies over the potential signing of wylde, i've never really rated him at all even when he was at rangers, is he worth keeping?

Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
I've been following our results, although this is the first time I've checked out the board in a while.
When I look at our current targets, and think that we once chased (and signed) World Cup winners and European Champions, I become very sad.

One post to sum up perfectly why we're glad to be rid of pricks like you. Ever heard of Simon Rudge? No, thought not!H. Pedersen wrote:I've been following our results, although this is the first time I've checked out the board in a while.

I think we're all a bit disappointed about where we are and at least he comes back. Like picking that scabby knee when you were a kid you just can't leave it alone.

Apparently Tom Eaves has been given a new three year deal.
Which means Dougie must rate him.
Which flies in the face of all that's been said about him by McGinlay and the likes.
Hmm.
Anyhow, I hope he gets some game time if we are handing out that kind of deal.

Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
So, to date ... a loan centre-half from WBA, an unfit centre-forward from Barnsley, a loan 21yr old midfielder who's unsure if he's best suited to centre-mid or defensive mid but is just plain overawed that we're even looking at him.
A f'cough to a bid for a full back who's moved from 2.5yr useless twunk to super-hero in about 3 games. A new 3yr deal to a youngster who had become lost in the wilderness. Finally contemplating using the goalscoring striker we bought 12m ago. A return to the pub league of a God-like saviour who never even got on our bench. The slowly-slowly return of Captain America (good) and the upcoming possibility of a couple of centre-half's from injury.
This week's installments include ... Will he stay or will he go for our Korean wonder-player ... Would anyone risk buying Mavies ... How soon before we get a demand to be released by the Spanish defender ...
It's a roller-coaster ride this football lark.
I KNOW I've missed something.

Miguel Luis Pinto Veloso.
This transfer thread is really classy. Think Dawson would have been here instead of the Dingles, without this thread? Think again.

REPORTS in Scotland claim that Wanderers have had a bid accepted by Hamilton Academicals for defender Gary Fraser.
The former Celtic youth teamer has made 18 appearances over the last two seasons for the Scottish club, who confirmed they had accepted the Whites' terms on Twitter this evening.
It is understood he will be at the Reebok on Monday for a medical.
