Pratley fould Peinnar and gives away a free. Another decent attack from us they scramble it away. Sounds a ding-donger of a game and the pressure comes off a bit with a goal kick. Alonso made a real good run Pratley's really pushing forward. Howard again fumbled an Eagles shot but it gets cleared. Linesman getting praise for being awake. Some Bolton lads just arriving on the train....

Atkinson geting booed for refusing another free kick. Whites playing better but Everton still pushing. Five minutes to half-time. Lonergan getting comments for not dominating his box. Comment says we're playing well. What a time it would be for us to score. Everton get a corner and....cleared.

Apparently Chungy is playing really well. Glad to see him getting back to his best.

Sordell getting plaudits for effort but the ref's upsetting the home fans with his decisions. Eagles now and...cleared. Spearing and Chungy getting praised too. We're still well in this,,Come on...1-1 at half-time.

To be fair the scouse commentary team have been pretty even handed in the half time summing up, well the summariser anyway, giving us quite a lot of credit and Ronny Goodless [?] seems to know about our squad without trotting out the usual lazy old bollox...
Sounding decent but I expect a rocket from Moyes over the half time oranges.....
Are we in League 2 yet - Three seasons and we'll be away to Chesham

Sounds like we stated off a bit shaky but have improved as we went on. Howard's fumbled a couple and they've had to hack one or two away. Be good to get the match lads' views on the ref. All down to the managers now. Come on Dougie, tell em more of the same.

As long as we refuse anything under £10m, I don't mind.

The commentators seem to think Freedman will be the happier of the two managers.

Considering all our players are shit and uncoachable, they're holding their own against one of the top 6 teams in the country.

The performances against Sunderland and Everton should put to bed the idea that our players are useless and we need to replace them with hard workers, solely because they're suited to the Championship. How about getting our quality players to do well in that league instead? It's not even like the teams against Sunderland and Everton have been our best sides either. They are second string teams, with unfit players and reserves in them.

Makes you think when we beat the likes of Sunderland and are doing well against Everton.

The mental side must be having an impact on the players who can't deal with being a championship player.

Ref misses another..handball. Eagles having a hit and miss match but commentators upbeat about our display in general. Vela confident the comment. Knight takes one down and clears but they get a shot in that goes wide. Eagles gets a run but it's cleared. Back again we go and Chungy gets hackedown on the box edge. Alonso...? Eagles..? Alonso wide and Eagles thinks he should have had it. Pratley and Lee really figuring well.

I think when you've still screws in your broken leg that cause you pain and other issues, you're probably going to be a bit hesitant and might need some time to play yourself back into form. Or, on the other hand, you can read the worst into any situation.

I await Bruce saying the ball accidentally ricocheted in off our 'abject' striker
