We get an attack going (for a change) but it finishes up with our own defence. Not a Hull game then, we'll have to settle for a couple. Bogdan has to save a weakish effort. Playing a dicey game right now as the Pete's are the ones with the interest. Come on lads, don't spoil it now. We win a free kick well forward and......Knight goes forward and Dawson stays back. Maybe no bad idea right now. Comes to naught and Pete's lot have another go at getting forward. Pratley gets forward and CD makes a mess of it. No good things happening and Knight has to clear another attack.

Crowd trying hard but not much joy with eight to go. COME ON YOU WHITES.... Pete's get a corner and....ref has a word. Ref not getting good words fro the commetary as they win another corner. And....Dawson clears. Too much action our end as we do a predictable but Alonso wins a free to ease the pressure. Now's the time to nail it up lads, quick attack needed. KD makes a bad pass but Pete's lot are passing no better than us. We win a free kick with four mins to go. Cleared but we get it back before Alonso makes a couple of bad moves. In the last mins of normal time (can't be much extra time). Hang on and get the points. Bad day at Black Rock, but a win will do however gained.

Spearing gets the cheers after a good attack from us as three mins announced. Holden heads clear and then we get a goal kick. Not our finest hour but if we just hold on.....Alonso gets booked and the Pete's get a free and.....make a last attack. Cleared and no good things being said about either side. Are we getting the points and Pratley feeds CD...and it's over. It'll do. 1-0 the Whites.
