Love that it was Eagles who got the winner. He needed that for his confidence. And to shut the idiots up.

My bad! Getting a little ahead of myself! Did we control the game?

Lots of positives, we managed to rotate the squad a little, still pick up 3 Pts, kept a clean sheet and show character to go for the win deep into stoppage time. Not to mention the only other Team to take 3 Pts from Fifth to Fourteenth was Notts Forest so a nice gap opening up behind us a we look to consolidate a top table finish, I think we can now say we are outside challengers for last play off spot if we didn't believe that before today.

Dougie has talked about a mental strength in the squad, today I think proves it is there.

tw*ts in every football clubs' fanbase. I still recall with some embarrassment when i was a kid in the pub a few bwfc fans striking up the munich chant. Me and my mate joined in, not really knowing what it was, before we got a stern ticking off by his grandparents.

good on the 'burn fans for highlighting it though (in a bad light, assuming they did).

It was a tight game and could have gone either way, but truth was, clear chances were at a premium.

I don't get why Kevin Davies started. And I think once again his lack of movement and workrate held us back. He won a few flick ons from long throws but also encouraged too many long balls to nowhere.

He just doesn't work with Ngog, who needs movement off him.

That aside we played some nice stuff at times in the first half but lacked penetration. Mark Davies was missed.

Stepped it up for periods second half, but a couple of smart saves from Lonergan kept us in it. I thought Lonergan inspired more confidence than Bogdan but perhaps that's just me?

Medo, looks good to me, wins the ball, passed it well, after the first half hour when he seemed a bit hurried. Bit similar to Spearing but looks promising.

Defended well as a team, again. Dawson just awesome again.

Pratley worked really hard, just lacks the ability in tight games like this.

Good substitutions to change things up.

Overall Dougie is ace!
