Or Michael Appleton, 9 games and 9 points so far for Blackburn........about as good as Berg was. They'd be down without Kean's points ratio earlier in the season!

What's Dougie's PPG now?

Ask BL3.

Oh wait, you can't. He sat in a dark room somewhere sobbing uncontrollably.

40 points from 25 - 1.6
36 from 22 as Jimmy had then for 3 games.
Still a healthy 1.6 though!

well, its a razor thin difference, but i reckon its 23 games and 36 points which makes it 1.565blahblah, but i'm not sure i'm counting it correctly.

if the avg bares out its 66 at the end. if he'd bin here from the start that's 72.

coyle'd have 50-51 at end of season.

but imo averages are for chumps.

It's about form, last 8 we've got 5 wins, 2 draws and a loss, keep that up and we're on 72 points at the end, which would be nice and might sneak us in. If not it'd still be a bloody good effort and bode very well for next season.

I think we'd need around 20 points from the remaining 30 and that will be enough to see us into the play offs and this is how I see the final 10 playing out

Brighton - Win
Ipswich - Draw
Charlton - Win
Huddersfield - Draw
Wolves - Win
Bristol City - Win
Leicester - Loss
Middlesbrough - Win
Cardiff - Draw
Blackpool - Win

totaling 21 points... I also believe that our season pretty much depends on us beating Brighton on Saturday it will be the difference in us going 2 points behind them instead of 8 before they play their game in hand.

I heard a quote today, attributed to Stéphane Henchoz, saying that training under Roy Hodgson was too repetitive and concentrated too much on the basics. I doubt he'd have thought much of Freedman.

I haven't noticed any mention of the bleep test lately, mocking or otherwise. Can't be all bad though I guess.

When was the last time we won four in a row? I can't believe it ever happened under Megson or Coyle (of course, it's much more difficult to win four on the trot in the Premier League).

Wins: 11. (v. Gainsborough Trinity, 10 November 1904) - (v. Barnsley, 20 January 1905).
