Huddersfield sound to have been sloppy up front thankfully and Lonnergan gathers it and clears. A late attack breaks it down and Kamara gets the cheers. Eagles again and...then they get a free kick and Spearing gets the cheers again. Beckford dashes it and gets greedy shooting well wide. And they very nearly score..and they let us off. Four added minutes added time. Clark comes on with two now left. Novak off. They have another go and we get clear and N'gog....Kamara....and N'gog gets called for another bad short pass. And Matt Mills replaces Eagles who gets the cheers from the fans......

Kamara drives forward and wins a free kick. COME ON LADS....and it's almost over and Pratley wins a very late throw, and.....another throw near the corner. 1-0...YEAHHHHHHHHH.

Nice result and happy that results went our way all round. Huge game on Saturday now and unfortunately Wolves are in form so we're clearly DOOMED!!!

Great win today showed a lot of character, results kind to us yesterday and today.

Hopefully another solid performance at the weekend to win the battle of the wanderers, will see us close in on either Leicester or Brighton. Every game is a cup final for us now.

Just on the train home.

Talk about riding our luck. Any team with decent strikers would have walked away with four or five. Even Zat was trying to get in on the act with a terrible back pass.

Individually, a lot of players below their usual standards. I single out N'Gog mainly here. And why Sordell went off instead of him only Dougie will know.

Butterfield - miles off the pace. Made a couple of good tackles, but I'm pleased we won't have to rely on him too much.

Lonergan - not his usual safe self. Flapped at a lot of things but also made some cracking saves.

Eagles deserved man of the match.

Individual mistakes and losses of concentration should have seen us lose this, but somehow we were also collectively well organised and came away with yet another clean sheet, even if we didn't win comfortably.

And a quick word on Huddersfield - dire in parts with some flashes of a side who can play.

Overall I'm off home to get a well earned rest. I have a heart condition to nurse and the wanderers don't make it any better!

seeming more and more likely that the game vs Leicester is going to be the one to decide who gets 6th....

Can't say much about that really. We were shit, but we won.

We struggled with the system and were far too open in the midfield at times until Medo came on and we went one up.

Front two played well. Yes Ngog missed a chance and Sordell has a tendency to not pass the ball when he should, but they worked tirelessly showed good movement and pace and NGog's control is very good.

Lee was good but wasteful in decent positions, Eagles had a good second half.

We looked well organised again. They threatened from set pieces and we had to defend well.

Medo made a huge difference when he came on, in that we actually had a midfield.

We still seriously struggle to have any control over the game playing 4-4-2.

Wolves will be a very tough game I think on Saturday.

Brighton V Leicester this weekend is a huge game this weekend, Leicester in taken 2 pts from 21 in any other division Brighton would be nailed on certainties. In this division anything can happen!!!
