Paage 233 of what are you eating & drinking tonight.
"Knave" may be way too polite !!

Clearly I posted that prior to the red-hot-poker-down-throat afterburner!
May the bridges I burn light your way

Well, I'd have taken "... I'm just trying the Premium Wild Berries Cider just now. Absolutely delicious. Apple and Blackcurrant & Strawberry and Lime ciders yet to try!" as being somewhat extolling it's virtues. Certainly a long way from not being able to stand it.Bruce Rioja wrote:And that was me 'defending it to the hilt' was it?bobo the clown wrote:Thanks Monty

I actually took pity on you as the search threw up a second set of posts about it's beauty on a quite separate thread.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
There's already one murderer in the family, this makes 3 .... bravo.
The Doran brothers' mother, Linda Doran, 42, was jailed for 30 months after being convicted by the trial jury of perverting the course of public justice by providing false alibis for her sons.
Her eldest son, Ryan, 23, was convicted of murder and jailed for life last October after he attacked a complete stranger with a bottle in a takeaway.
The judge told the mother: "You have another son who is serving life for murder. There are not many parents who have that sort of personal agony to bear. But then again not that many mothers would have shown themselves to be either so unwilling or unable to shoulder the responsibility of motherhood as you have."

The longer I work in the public sector, the more right wing my economic views become.
The more I work for anybody else at all, the more convinced I become that the end-game of self-employment is the correct decision.

That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
Just to be clear, I'm not necessarily advocating "right wing" economics. Just that I can see they might have moved a little from the left since Brother Pru's first post.bobo the clown wrote:I'm sure I once predicted this.Worthy4England wrote:Dear Pru,Prufrock wrote:The longer I work in the public sector, the more right wing my economic views become.

Well in that context 'more right-wing' is certainly a qualified statement

Sticking a fiver at the start of the season on Marvin Sordell being the league's top scorer.
