One word of caution is that Tuesday looks massive.
Lose and Leicester go above us, with Forest at Boro you'd fancy them to win too.

Essentially if we can avoid defeat at Leicester I fancy us to sneak in.

Lose there and looking at others run ins it looks pretty difficult!
definitely massive, its the cliche "6 pointer" hopefully we can get 3 points again, we have the momentum of winning now so hopefully the lads turn up and produce the goods. im a little worried though with spearing coming off today, he seems to be the nucleus of our midfield

Fair play to Dougie, i didn't think he'd be up to much and assumed he'd be an average at best manager, i wasn't even entertaining the idea of potentially being in a play-offs position in November. He doesn't get the credit he deserves, we could very easily be in a similar position to Jackburn at the moment.

A side with a bad away record, play a side with a very good home one...and we win. Tough sounding game but whatever statistics emerge, only one matters. Bristol 1-Bolton 2. :oyea:

Fook me!! Wigan 1 0 up v Millwall. If they get to final they qualify for Europe, even if they lose(providing City or Chelsea have already qualified) !! I work with a few of their fans, my life would be a misery !!

i cant beleive that the "relegation battle" we were apparenty in has been spoke about so much. There was never any chance of us being down that end of the table. Granted, we didnt have the start to the season i expected but there was no chance that we would be there at this point of the season.

I said on a previous post/thread that maybe we werent getting the results that we should of at the start of the season but give it until the mid point of the season and due to our squad we will be strong finishers. Luckily we have stayed pretty injury free and now we are seeing the teams around us flagging. Wether it be injury or suspension, the teams around us are starting to feel the burn and dont have a squad which enables them to throw a player into the mix

Great win. With a touch of luck by the sounds of it. Which we are more than fecking due.

Re Bury. Does that tinpot scab of a club have a forum? May be worth a visit to hunt down the (only) two bury bell ends who claimed they would be playing us in the league soon!

See Holden got 73 minutes in for Sheff Weds earlier. Perhaps a cheeky recall if Spearing is out for a while?

good shout, but would he be warming the bench whilst medo and pratley start? if so, would it not be better for him to get game time at sheff weds?

Any further news on Spearing? As BWFCI has reminded, his demise seemed to get lost among the celebrations and collective bricklaying. Hopefully he's reet.

Well done to Zat Knight today. Pulling rank on the field and ensuring the right man took the penalty that got the 3 points.

And he won't get much if any credit for that from most. But had Davies missed....Knight would have taken a battering....

Plus sounds like he had a belting game. Commentators seemed to indicate he was our best on the day....

Yeah! Who'd have thought we'd be sitting in a playoff spot with 4 games to go at New Year!? Amazing turnaround.

Apart from Bolton town not needing much fertilizer for the forseeable, not really.

Hope you're ok, fella.

Have you seen their goal DJ? Oh my giddy aunt. Knight, once again, is fecking atrocious. All he has to do is stay with his man but for absolutely no reason whatsoever he, the defender, peels off of his man, the attacker, and goes near post thus gifting Davies the easiest header he'll ever have if he plays to be 100. The man is amongst the worst footballers that I've ever seen.
May the bridges I burn light your way
