New countries or including ones I have already been to, if it is new ones then I think it is 3 (depends if you include last April or not)
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

spotty's list is still marked only by its total and complete absence..

I think we're going to have to declare Dan the challenge winner....

Well, go on .... go for broke .... how many altogether, new and old ? The past 12 months.

Just that you've been more or less constantly on here in that time, telling us more or less everything you do, but have never said ... unless my memory is shot ... "I'm typing this whilst in Sierra Leone" or "... in the airport waiting to fly out to Mali" or anything like that.

Still. you know where you are, I guess.

Well, you can add Wales to your list anyway ... what'll that be 83 counties then >
As I have said I will bring the list along to Cardiff including months. I know your sceptical but you are wrong and my list of countries goes by T.C.C rules http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travelers'_Century_Club
I thought I'd have a quick look at this, As a North American I was a little surprised to see the sixcountries listed for North America.
Alaska
Canada
Mexico
Prince Edward Island
St. Pierre & Miquelon
United States (continental)
 Prince Edward Island is part of Canada and Alaska is listed a separate country. St. Pierre et Miquelon are not a separate country, but two small islands that are part of France Outremer. With the Geographic ability of the Travelers' Century Club it should be possible to run up a good number. And, yes, Wales is listed.

I did not know that was custom at the time but you will notice I have had periods of inactivity on here, I went on holiday to Morocco, I also went to Ireland but that was not a new one. last April (during which time I was not a member) I visited Canada and Alaska as well as the U.S mainland (had already been there mind).

i'm not sure I see the reason to doubt Dan's globetrotting exploits... some people do go on lots of holidays and trips. It was a fairly crass stereotype about the 'Muricans - but he wouldn't have been the first to have made that anti-'Murican quip on here...

spotty's list??

I am quite lucky in that both of my parents were very interested in travel, my dad would got to stupid lengths to get new countries done for example once he went on a bus journey to Albania from Cyprus. For my mums 40 birthday my dad took the four of us on a cruise, my mum said she wanted to go somewhere hot but did not mind where so my dad found a half priced cruise that went to something like 16 Caribbean islands in 12 days, that is why I have done so many Caribbean countries.

I would be far more intersted in where people had been watching the whites as opposed to where people go on Holiday :conf:

I thought this was a football forum not trip advisor or holiday watchdog, surely we have more football related topics to discuss like the fact that we now have the chance of taking it to the last game now. PS I wont be able to go to the Cardiff game as I'll be in Benidorm

I only did one night out of my three at the end of March because I had to come home but it was a bloody good night! Make sure you get to the Red Lion, a pub with a takeaway attached, absolute winner! :) Have fun!

Anyway.....Cardiff.....I'm going!

Personally I expect us to get something their a defeat would be a very poor result.

Might not do much for promotion hopes, but not sure why not beating a team away that's just won the league by a comfortable mile would be a very poor result?

I think what you must remember is that in Dan's head anything is possible.

Remember he thought Barnsley were going to storm the league.....

Two Cardiff away threads on here. Confusing. One with significantly less holiday location talk though.
