I'll take a draw but now the results are out of our hands and need to rely on Leicester

Re: Cardiff away
Wasn't last year a case of 'just match the other lots result' scenario? Look what happened there - GULP!

Bastards are just stringing out the agony now, aren't they?
Bloody football.
Anyway, very good result. Its in our hands now, can't ask for any more than that.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Re: Cardiff away
A draw is a very good result, Could have been worse if not for fantastic save from Bogdan. In our own hands now.
Re: Cardiff away
meanwhile - friend of mine at the wolves game just posted his pic of the "Morgan Out" protest..
it could be way worserer than we have it!

Re: Cardiff away
This. I'd have taken a point before kick off. Slightly disappointing as I reckon we'd have won with Pratley's chance had he scored.Lord Kangana wrote:Bastards are just stringing out the agony now, aren't they?

But actually given Forest have won it'd not have made a huge difference we'd still need something next week.
Re: Cardiff away
Bottom line is that we need 3 points next week. A draw will not be enough.

Re: Cardiff away
Yes, I read the goal difference the wrong way - it's 4am here - sorry guys. Great result and great performance. Get to the ground and make sure it's no holiday atmosphere for Blackpool.thebish wrote:mullayo wrote:Wish they had presented the cup last week so we were playing in front of a dog and six people that hate Pratley

surely it's in our hands and we just need to beat Blackpool?? or am I missing summat?
What could've happened; did.
Re: Cardiff away
always felt this weekend was key for getting to playoffs. as long as we were still in top 6 we'd do it and i think we will.
unfortunately performances don't give me too much confidence beyond that.

Oh!!!And Congratulations to the REDBIRDS on winning the English Championship!!!!!!!!!
Re: Cardiff away
forest fans would certainly have been hoping we'd lose at cardiff and hoping to be in 6th tonight... my guess is we are happier than them!

Re: Cardiff away
Hull lost and with Cardiff at home on the last day could let Watford, who play Leeds, in for automatic promotion. There are big implications for whoever finish 6th playing a team bang in form or a team who are choking at the last hurdle
