The mental image of Dujon sprinting down his path and hurdling acrobatically straight into his seat is a little bit er, over the top?thebish wrote:dukes of hazzard style!!Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:Very nice Dujon, but how the feck do you get in and out?

Like Monty I had to find out and find now that I'd rather not have bothered.

After taking a second look, I'm fairly certain I wouldn't get in. If you move the seats back a couple feet I might just manageDujon wrote:Like Monty I had to find out and find now that I'd rather not have bothered.![]()

Re: General Chit Chat
Local historians of Bolton Archives got their picture descriptions a bit wrong. Under the title " St Joseph's School", sub-titled " A view to the school with rear of the infants school." The pic is of St Jospeph's Church Halliwell, ( with the Rectory behind the low wall to the left) with just a bit of the front of the "senior" school showing far right. The infants part is behind the church and not even in the pic. Get it right lads...

Re: General Chit Chat
Neither, Bijou Bob. It's a locally made car called a PRB (the initials of the designer/builder). No, I didn't build it - turning myself into a contortionist these days is probably beyond my ability. The purchase was a private one. It was built originally in 1997. One task to be undertaken is to try to find some history, for provenance purposes. I have some paperwork but a little more investigation is required. It would be nice to track it back through the years.Bijou Bob wrote:I'm impressed! Caterham or Dutton Dujon? Non-interested people may now leave:
Under the bonnet is a 1600 Toyota 7AG bored and stroked to a tickle under 2 litres (probably for racing category purposes). It is turbo charged - boost controllable by management of the on-board computer but not from the dash. I have the dynamometer read outs; 323 bhp (241kW) at the flywheel & 265bhp (198kW) at the rear wheels. According to the registration certificate it weighs 533 Kg wet. It appears that no torque figures are included in the paperwork.

Trust you to notice! All five of my cats have been ginger. The one you found is the least ginger of them all. Perhaps it lost something?Lost Leopard Spot wrote:Nice cat Dujon, very ginger.

So. What does a person buy a wife for their 30th Wedding Anniversary. I've got just over two weeks to sort something, but I'm just stuck on jewellery with some sort of pearl wonged on it. But I'm not keen on pearls personally, not that that should be a consideration I don't suppose.
That's not a leopard!

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
