We expected Winston Churchill, instead we got Ian Duncan Smith.

Even footballers can knock their pair of brain cells together when it comes to the man.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Phillip Davies... What a thundercunt.

Reckons disabled people should work for less than the minimum wage. Absolutely stunning.

Yeah Phillip, lets exploit disabled people as a source of cheap labour. These Tories are running our feck* country.

Yeah but lets face it, he stopped short of saying what he really meant, which was basically that all disabled should be rounded up and sent straight to the work camps. We wouldn't have to pay them anything then. Bonza. Oh and he wouldn't have the misfortune of perhaps coming across one in the street.

Over and above?

Who mentioned 'over and above' (other than for you)?
But that's the implication. Surely funds need to be directed to those who most need them, not on the basis of who has contributed most through tax?

Are we not wasting money giving winter fuel allowance to wealthy pensioners?
Yeah right!

'I am not thy keeper'

If you get a decent return for paying over the odds in tax contributions instead of bone idle, drugged up, larger swilling hoodies, then fair does, but you don't!
It is blatently wrong to be expected to pay for something then be denied access to it by social engineering Nazi's.

Explain this. It sticks out, even by your standards, as absolute twaddle.
Gas, electric, water, banks for starters. Regulators are far to soft on these, other companies making excessive profit should be windwall taxed untill we are out of this mess. Any house owner may only feel the sh*t a few years down the line when what they thought was a nice investment turns out to be a damp squid.

Many phrases we use are often misquotes from Shakespeare and other traditional sayings – and people do not realise they have made mistakes.

Now a new poll has revealed a top ten of the most misquoted phrases in Britain.

Top of the league is a "damp squib", a term for failure named after a dud 19th century explosive mining device, which is often mispronounced as "damp squid."

Others in the chart include "one fell swoop" which was originally uttered by MacDuff in Shakespeare's Macbeth but which is often mistakenly repeated as "one foul swoop".

Another favourite is the Shakespearean quote from Merchant of Venice "all that glisters is not gold" which we misquote as "all the glitters is not gold".
 ok a least I'm not on my own

In the end I couldn't bring myself to do it (vote UKIP). I stood, pencil poised, and finally spoiled my ballot. I've never done that before either. And it was a fairly childish gesture but it made me feel ever so slightly better at the time.

Sorry to disappoint, I just scrawled "You're all a bunch of Wankers" across the ballot paper. I didn't think of drawing a big knob with hairy bollocks - that would have been much better.

That thought also crossed my mind, but it was too late by then, the voting slip had disappeared into the slot.

What point are you trying to make? A minority party got some protest votes in a local election.

Are you trying to say that shows everyone agrees with you?

Question, which party got the biggest share of the vote in yesterday's election?
