Tonight's Football

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Watch the Villa Sunderland game for just five minutes. Just enough to note that every time Villa have the ball, Di Canio just waves his arms frantically pointing at the ball. Then throws a strop when it's not closed down. Every single time.

Tactical genius.

These Villa fans applauding Petrov, He wears the #19 shirt, yet they applaud in the 20th minute?? I know the clock shows 19:00 or whatever, but it's stilll the 20th minute. Thick Brummie cnuts.

And when Sunderland have the ball Di Canio helpfully points towards Villa's goal, as though they needed reminding which way to shoot.

Going to end in tears.

Not a bad strike for a defender!

1-0 Villa.

He's stopped pointing. I'd love for Sunderland to go down.

Given their best player is out now and they are getting tonked, I'd not say it was impossible.

QPR are down so I shouldn't get greedy, but there are so many clubs on my list that I would like to see relegated this season. On the other hand since we are domed, I guess I need to think about next season and our promotion chances.

I don't like watching a 6-1 a few days ahead of our game, where such a result somewhere else could mean even a win isn't enough for us!

That said. Ha!

.... & in so doing merely perpetuating the matter.

Mind you, "a 5 figure sum" for a 10 minute gig ! Even Worthy doesn't get that !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Feisty game in Madrid.

Madrid should be 2 or 3 up!

Ronaldo in fine form on the ten metre board, diving like an Olympic champ. Sergio Ramos, a man I like a lot, has smacked Lewendowski in the mouth twice with his arm. Ding-dong game though.
