Re: Tonight's Football
Decent first half...
Re: Tonight's Football
Higuain has been the worst for diving. Few times he could have gone through on goal and decided to go down.TANGODANCER wrote:Ronaldo in fine form on the ten metre board, diving like an Olympic champ. Sergio Ramos, a man I like a lot, has smacked Lewendowski in the mouth twice with his arm. Ding-dong game though.
Re: Tonight's Football
Was offered a seat at Millwall tonight. From the sound of it, made a good choice to pass!
If it ends 0-0, I'll be keeping an eye on Peterborough Saturday. I'll be unbearable should we finish above Palace.

1-0 Madrid with 8 to go.
Re: Tonight's Football
Would rather finish 6th and avoid Brighton over two legs.Enoch wrote:Was offered a seat at Millwall tonight. From the sound of it, made a good choice to pass!

Did Clive quote a little R Kelly then?
Re: Tonight's Football
2 for Madrid with 2 mins left. 1 more to win it! Great finish!
Re: Tonight's Football
Well this is getting exciting. Should be a great finish.

Re: Tonight's Football
Sounds like a set-up to me.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Was really beginning to wonder when it took forever to reveal how much added time was given.Lord Kangana wrote:Sounds like a set-up to me.

N'Guessan went on as a sub in the 72nd minute, not saying he was poor but he was taken off ten minutes later.
Re: Tonight's Football
Full time.. Dortmund through. Good effort Madrid. Might have won if Ronaldo had turned up. Worst player on the field tonight.

Re: Tonight's Football
So Palace still couldn't confirm their place.
Only us and Forest can catch them now and they would have to lose on Saturday and us and Forest both win to deny them a place.
I wouldn't bet against Peterbrough winning there. Whether we and Forest both win is anyone's guess......

Interview with Mourinho..
Right we have to leave it there Jose. Maybe next year with Madrid?
Jose - Maybe not.. I want to be somewhere that people want me.
We will take that as England Jose, got to go.
What a shit place to end that interview. Jose looked like he was going to let rip! Feck the news, get him back on

Said earlier that Palace had bottled it. No win in 9 for them now and Peterborough will best them I think.BWFC_Insane wrote:So Palace still couldn't confirm their place.

Even if Palace scrape in the Playoffs, they are well out of form.

Re: Tonight's Football
Good for the game that Spanish teams aren't entirely ruling the roost. Dortmund did well and they were't going to throw it away by too much attacking. Still continued to play football till the end though. Ramos had a blinder despite his clogging defending. He got away with murder a few times but he's a cracking player. Always liked him and he's just as good left or right.
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?
Re: Tonight's Football
For all the slagging off of folk you do and you like Ramos?! A whingier, stroppier, more petulant cnut the game of football has never seen!

He's a ticking time bomb. His lunging, elbowing and face palming should've gotten him about 3 reds during that game. He's an utter c*nt. He's not even that good.
