So a holiday through an agent is usually not covered. Same as buying through a broker or even buying on amazon marketplace.

From what I've been able to find so far, we'll be covered, though it might take months to get any money back. Still waiting on confirmation from the bank yet.

Assuming they don't pay up we think it comes down to not supplying the service/goods sold. The bank then reverses the transaction which denies them equivalent funds owed to them. They are still taking payments from customers, so there is activity in their merchant account.

Well, "e-cigs" are as banned in an operating working environment as tobacco ones are. Firstly your hands are partly occupied when using one and secondly (remember, this is a pile of Scousers) they suddenly took off and dozens were being used and ... of course ... some people used this gap to sneak in and smoke proper fags then claiming "no, no, no boss ... it was an e-fag you saw me with."
