Bit drastic closing a whole country down because of one bad apple isn't it?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

At that point I was confused and was wondering if she was talking about Quick Quid or agreeing with the EDL about England.Athers wrote:I got as far as "they are taking over Britain" and closed it.

They choose us cos they think its gives them the most profile for their spend
Not in Bolton, but nationally
You lot stamping your feet have given them more than they could ever have dreamed of!
The fact some see them as dirty, probably leads them to have to pay more, same as gambling firms

You keep flying the ethical banner on our behalf Will.William the White wrote:Quickquid chooses us because they think we are a perfect partner for their market - dirt poor, no class, no space for ethics...
Just a prole northern town with poor people so desperate they can be super-exploited... And we are the right kind of club to help them do it...
They are right...
I find this depressing...
The fact that so many on here don't is even more depressing...

Call it extreme if you like, but I propose that we hit them hard, and fast, with a major - and I mean major - leaflet campaign.

Re: Club Rebranding
We need to put it in words they'll understand, so we need an appropriate slogan. I propose:
Facilitating sea change synergy in an extended enterprise framework to enableise a transformational agenda in the going forward phase.
Have I gone for too much low-hanging fruit?

Re: Club Rebranding
Be very interesting to see what happens today, with the club refusing to comment after the 3 Bolton Councillors chipped in with their say.
Surely the club need to come out and justify why they went with Quick Quid otherwise it'll show what a poor choice they've made and yet again poor thinking from Gartside.
Also if they stick with QQ then will they put the sponsor on the Kids kits?????

Scratch that, its..
Obviously.to develop a partnership that engaged with all elements of the football club and community, and as much as anything else, to bring some real fun to matchdays

And of course, not forgetting...
So there you are.Their energy and enthusiasm to help develop initiatives in collaboration with the community trust, and to support education and other sporting opportunities in and around Bolton has been extremely refreshing.

Covered all bases there LK, so I'm off to pre-order my new shirt and take out a pay day loan and support this "Perfect Choice" for our sponsor....Lord Kangana wrote:And of course, not forgetting...
