Have your say on Newsnight
The Bolton Nuts forum would like to extend the offer made to one of our members, Des Bradley, Chairman BWSA (Bolton Wanderers Supporters Association) from the BBC today, which I list below -
Hi
Zoe Conway, reporter for Newsnight, has contacted Bolton Wanderers
Supporters' Association asking for comments about the QuickQuid
Sponsorship deal and how it was stopped by public pressure.
The Association does not comment on Club policy but I promised to
make an appeal to any fans who wish to talk about the deal, especially
those who took part in some form of protest.
She is in Bolton town centre this afternoon and if you wish to be
interviewed for tonight's programme, please contact her on her mobile.
Her number is 07583 101769
Des Bradley, Chairman BWSA
Thank you.

Possibly? It did! I'm starting a petition to bring Quick Quid back.

Don't know what the fuss is about considering Barclays, RBS are prime sponsors and have been implicated in things that would have got the rest of us locked up for a very long time. Emirates and their abysmal human rights record, sports suppliers who use sweat shops to produce goods, even online gambling setups like 188. They all contribute to some form of suffering so why Fast Buck, sorry Quick Quid, should be targeted is a bit of a mystery. About time the keys to the outrage bus were chucked away.
Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man and let history make up its own mind.

An airline with abysmal human rights record? Did they serve you warm beer or summat?

They lock you up in a tiny metal tube with no room to move and then inflict deep vein thrombosis on you. Amnesty International are always banging on about it.Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:An airline with abysmal human rights record? Did they serve you warm beer or summat?
