I liked that so much that I told my wife I'd like a print of it. I have it on good authority that a framed print may be arriving just in time for my birthday in a few days time.

:D :D :D
Give me £30,000 and I'll add any other colour you like to it. Bit of green maybe? Bargain!

I can guess Tango's view of same.
I'm seeing the blue shades of the night meeting the gold fringes of the day in shimmering irridescence, whilst the revered Chinese balleriana, Yin-Yang does her famous naked, rubber legged version of the Sugar Plum Fairy. To the side a snake is climbing a rope without a safety net whilst watching Flight of the Bumble Bee performed by a wasp, intoxicated on the sheer mystical magnetism emanating from the vibrations of the karma inducing sound waves of the theme music from Billy Elliot.

...I think...

Fair point. I thought she'd had a prolapse.

The question (sans the word 'ass') remains.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

The idea made me smile... at first.

Then I read that it was Richard Reed's brainchild and my suspicious cogs started whirring.

My understanding is that advertising space is increasingly difficult to sell at premium rate.

Has Richard Reed, the bland guy behind the company that sells drinks with more sugar in them than Coke as an 'innocent' health product, really managed to persuade the public to 'donate' to buy surplus advertising space from his mates in the advertising industry, as if it were some kind of charitable pursuit, all the time building his own 'profile'?

A look down the pictures available is also a sad reminder of just how second rate British artists have tended to be. It always makes me laugh when many of the better pictures in these collections of 'British art' are by a German.

Well Coke have invested in Innocent. Is there a link for sugar content there? WHO KNOWS.

You'd never guess Reed worked in advertising for four years before sodding off to make over-marketed shite, would you.

Actually I didn't know that and thought he had had a few years in management consultancy after Cambridge, but I have now checked his Linkedin profile and it seems you're absolutely right (it seems I was thinking of the other two he founded Innocent with).

I'm now even more convinced it's an advertising industry stitch up!
