Would, by those not in the know, and probably never will be, be much appreciated.
Say what?
Who has been transferred in (definitely, not rumoured)?
Who has shipped out (definitely, not rumoured)?
Official: In- Tierney, White
Out - Lainton, Alonso, Davies

Unofficial but reported by Nixon and the Bolton News so relatively certain to be true
Likely ins - Beckford, Hall, Wilkinson, Baptiste (depending if Crystal Palace snatch him from us at the last minute).
Likely Outs - Ricketts

Thank You.

who's Wilkinson ?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

I thought somebody was going to say Butch.

Conor WIlkinson, young Millwall forward, "rumoured" to have been "interesting" Manchester United, although that rumour was in turn rumoured to have been started on a message board for a laugh.

I agree: 45 players on the books, many of whom have now suffered two successive relegations, and they're scraping together the cash to bag a thirtysomething defender... oh, you don't mean Wolves, right? There's nothing much to be said about Baptiste, a situation which has happened before and will continue to do so. It depends on contract law - those pens again – but if he really wants to rejoin Holloway then we'll probably get some money for nothing except a bit of wasted time. That's what happens with pre-contracts and the like.

When I saw your line above I expected it to be slamming Coyle. I note that Iles has done that fairly openly elsewhere on the BN site.

I notice Iles has gone on the attack at Coyle a few times recently, abadoning his previously neutral position on the subject.

Wonder what's gone on there?

£3.5 million for an international midfield player is a pittance. 5 million and I'll start the car.

At one point would you grudgingly accept it without offering chauffeur service, Bob? £4.1m? It's just nice to know what gets people in the car – I'd've thought it would be lower on a nice summer day than a cold January night.

Baptiste could quickly put all this to bed. Not endearing himself to me or many other fans I imagine. Ok I know it's the Prem, but they'll definitely go down with that buffoon Holloway in charge. If they play like they have done since since he took over, he'll be sacked by Christmas with about 2 points.
If Baptiste does go there I sincerely hope that does happen.

Fly half, World Cup winner, dodgy shoulder.

We're bringing him in as competition for N'gog, to see who can put most into the top tier of the North and South Stands.

How exactly is he meant to 'put it to bed'?
