I'm absolutely that once again, I'm up before the sun because Erica thinks it's play time. She's the happiest baby ever, but not feck knows how when she gets about 20hrs sleep a week

I'm happy for hoboh, of course, who has such a trying time in the world.
I fear that, alas, it will be short lived, and he will once more be forced to drag out the interweb dum dum bullets.
Hope so anyway.

Could I just ask, which office you're currently working in where the aircon has failed, that's making you so happy about summer?

I promise no failure in air conditioning n the garden... It's a great place to spend a sunny Monday... Why would you choose to be in an office on a lovely day like today?Worthy4England wrote:William the White wrote:Today I'm happy about Summer...

Well, stick a few minutes up on youtube for us - I'm sure there are one or two on here who could deflate that oversized ego.mrkint wrote:Another day, another gig, another lovely audience. I could get used to my ego feeling so massaged

Excellent, and best wishes. But don't get blasé ... that's when you'll trip up.mrkint wrote:Another day, another gig, another lovely audience. I could get used to my ego feeling so massaged
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Well, I’ve been off for a while in Canadadia, and look what happens when I’m away: the Lions win a test, Froome in yellow in the Tour, we get the first Brit men’s single champion at Wimbledon in over a thousand years, we get to wave goodbye to Abu Qatada, and the sun finally decides to come out and is beaming it down making it hotter than Abdoulaye’s Twin’s back yard. I need to go away more often methinks.

I hope you're all enjoying the 95% humidity that goes with the 48c then. I'm in the UK for a couple of days later this month. I'm hoping for 20c and a bit of rain. I'm still surprised how much I miss rain.Lost Leopard Spot wrote:Nah, we've got nice heat, not humid at all really.Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:I hope you're all enjoying the 95% humidity that goes with the 48c then. I remember returning after two years in Sudanese desert and being totally thrilled by the sight of clouds and the green, green fields...Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:I'm in the UK for a couple of days later this month.
