what about with the chicken?

It wouldn't half move if it walked with me and the dog, my dog's a border collie and is used to rounding up sheep, cows and hens. Alternatively, it could B&B on a local farm.

Cocks aren't allowed by the way. Just saying.
And there is no throwing the hen, that was outlawed a few years back after somebody won by launching the hen over the finish line. And strictly no fighting. One peck gets a yellow card, two or more and they are red carded. Plus they cannot use transport, that was banned after someone taught their hen to stand on a motorised skateboard.
The World Record is a staggering seven seconds. But that was in a heat. No finalist has won in under twenty seconds.
