That's a recipe for disaster Isn't that exactly what Garside di with Coyle kept him on 46 months to long. :hang: . I hope Dougie does a good job and TBH I think he is the best manager we have had in the past 12 years (obviously cant remember anyone before BSA). I can see him ending up at a mid table Premiership club before long, some one like Everton.

Sad to say but I cant see us coming close to promotion this season. Dougies talked a lot about a long term project and producing youngsters. Coupled with the inability to bring the right players in and getting shot of the high earners, it suggests a season of stability yet mediocrity to me
