A more obnoxious individual you couldn't hope to meet, as I know from old experience. He's well known for more than just squeezing muscles.

The last time I saw him was with his solicitor, just after a court appearance. His solicitor was clearly pished. Lo and behold, she was stopped 100 metres down the road and blew 4 times over the limit. Disqualified and disbarred. Result.
