What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Celebrity Masterchef starts tonight. The General's doubtlessly set up a series link. ;)

I've just happened upon The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer on 'Gold'. It's a bit like standing on an upturned plug whilst barefooted. Think I'll move along.

Finished Orange is the New Black. Absolutely fantastic. Best new show since Homeland. Highly recommend it.

And The General strikes again. Top recco - Rust & Bone. Emotionally strong story, well put together, and I have to agree with him, the best use of CGI that I've ever seen, principally because it's difficult to believe, or rather that you don't recognise the fact that what you're watching is CGI.

Great soundtrack too, I might hunt it down (even heard a snippet of Johnny Cooper Clarke in there).

And if Audrey Tautou refuses any more of my advances then she can feck off, I'm moving on to Marion Cotillard :)

Yep, shes a diamond! Glad you liked it, I never doubted you would. The guy in it, Matthias Schoenaerts is destined for big things too. If you enjoyed him you should add Bullhead to the old list, it's a bit bleak mind.

Incidentally, just noticed Untouchable is on Sky Movies tonight - set yer VCRs!

Ta, Mate. Just checked out Bullhead - looks like it'll be tough going in places but it's now on the list.

Watched an eye opening programme tonight that Mr GG recorded a few weeks back. 'The Great British Budget Menu' involving celebrity chefs staying with 3 different households who struggle to afford food and attempting to shop and cook healthily on their budget of approx £1 per day. I knew that this was an issue, my church premises host and help to run the local food bank which is well used even though I live in a fairly affluent area, but seeing an old pensioner attempting to make a cup of soup type sachet last 2 days really brings home to you just what an issue this is for many. It was very sobering and thought provoking.

Peter Capaldi is apparently the favourite.....

Has there ever been a live reveal show?

I guess the reveal will be dragged on longer than Davina McCall drags out winners and losers. Though tbf the programme is 'only' 35 minutes long.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
